          Early Registration for all returning vendors begins September 1, 2011.

          Registration for Roscoe and Rockton Chamber members begins October 1, 2011.

          Registration for "Neighboring" Chambers and all others begins December 1, 2011.

          A 10x10 booth space includes 1 skirted 8' banquet table, 2 folding chairs,

          back and side drapes, hooks for banners.

          Additional tables, chairs and electric available for a nominal fee.

          Premium space has corner exposure (two open sides).

          Classic space has standard exposure (one open side).

A Special Thank You. . .

Special thanks goes out to the Rockton Fire Department and the Harlem Roscoe Fire Department for the use of their ladder trucks to showcase "Our Communities Working Together".  To freelance photographer, Jamie Yaun of LilyBear Photography, for donating her time to take photo's during the 2011 Expo for use on our web site.  The Herald and RockValley Publishing for continuous press releases, ads and especially our RoRo Expo 2012 guide booklet.  The Beloit Daily News and Stateline News for constant newspaper articles, full page ads & constant coverage leading up to the event.  Images Hair Studio/Loves Park for giving us an event of hair cuts that will raise monies for our local food pantry.  Marco's Pizza/Rockton and Cronie's Grill/Machesney Park for putting on our food eating contests.  TrueValue Hardware/Roscoe for donating the use of bounce houses and cotton candy machine AND ESPECIALLY to Toni Brown and her entire staff at Stepping Stones Child's Center/Roscoe for their generous donation of man hours operating the kidz korner all weekend for us.
