Health Department Rules and Regulations:

Download the Health Department Form now

Remember all vendors who will be selling, sampling, or giving out any type of food or drink NEED to have a Temporary Health Permit. This includes current Winnebago County Health Permit holders.

This would include but not limited to:

  • Anyone in the food court area.
  • Anyone giving out popcorn.
  • Anyone giving out food or drink samples at a non-food court booth.
  • Pancake Breakfast
* If you are handing out pre-packaged candy or edible items this would be an exception, No Permit is needed.

The Application for a Temporary Food or Beverage Permit must be completed (both sides) and sent to:
Rockton Chamber office, P.O. Box 237, Rockton Illinois 61072,

NO LATER THAN FEBRUARY 23, 2007.

Please include your check made payable to the Winnebago County Health Department in the amount of $35.00

Anyone returning these forms late will be charged a late fee imposed by Winnebago County.


NO animals allowed in the school or dome area, with the exception of
Support animals, e.g. animals such as canines and primates trained to assist handicapped persons, accompanying such persons shall be permitted in sales areas and Patrol dogs accompanying security or police officers.

Only blue painters tape is allowed on the bubble floor.
We had a problem last year with someone using duct tape in the southeast corner of the bubble which damaged the painted floor.


NO HELIUM BALLOONS

are allowed inside the dome!
